In Q4 2025, volunteer groups linked to Scientology humanitarian campaigns carried out a series of local activities in several European countries. The quarter’s roundup included neighbourhood cleanups and public-space restoration, alongside drug-prevention outreach and information campaigns and UDHR-based human-rights education activities delivered through partner programmes.
Activities were reported in Italy, France, the Czech Republic, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers supporting local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.
Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, said: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping public spaces clean, sharing factual prevention tools, and teaching the next generation that news eu settlement scheme rights and dignity apply to everyone. Social cohesion grows through consistent, local action.”
